Who is Velma Fern?
Velma Fern was the name of my grandmother.
She was a fantastic and wild spirit. In my journey to reconnect with myself, I’ve been reminded of her daily; not because she taught me all of the things on this site, but because I’ve come to learn that there’s a little Velma Fern spirit in all of us. That wild yearning to remember who you are and step into that power – that’s a Velma Fern spark.
When we reclaim our God-given rights as our own healers, we’ve ignited it. Let it ripple – start with yourself, your family, your friends. God has given us so much of what we need. This isn’t a trend – it’s a remembering of who you are.

The goal of this website isn’t to sell you a product. It is provide you with free information. I am not a doctor & I don’t play one on tv. I have invested years of my life studying these things, though, and I have come to believe that sometimes doing is better than only knowing.
With trial and error, successes and flops, I’m ready to share what works. I do have a certificate in herbal safety because safety is not negotiable to me. I highly recommend to do your own research, too. I welcome anything you find to be shared! This is how we grow community.
